Singing

of singing that anyone can do. Lift your voice in free-form expression
with others to generate well-being and peace for the greater benefit of
our ever-evolving planet. This meditative gathering is open to all
levels of experience. Share your voice or just steep in the harmonics
created by others.
I am now offering a Long Distance Vocal Toning Meditation training via phone. This Level 1 series is self-paced, affordable, and foundational for more in depth studies in shamanic voice work. Learn about and experience the many benefits of toning, develop your own practice, and then share your knowledge with others.

same information with others in a "mentor" capacity. Basic
techniques, warm ups, breath work, and toning models comprise your
toolbox.
